Very lax job most of the time, and most students have a passion for coding and a desire to learn. Perfect opportunity to learn coding or to apply skills learned from a coding education.

Cons

Management. A center director was not present, which often put employees in difficult situations. XP League associate franchise seldom interfered with day to day work, and was unsuitable for the education atmosphere at times.
