My co-workers and bosses are all very lovely. Working with and tutoring children is a fulfilling time. The work environment I find is quite low stress. The location of my job is excellent. The pay is adequate for me. I like the hours.

Cons

Talking to parents can be daunting even if they're mostly very nice. The camps can feel very long and dull.
