A Wonderful Experience

Pros

Having zero background in education, guiding the "ninjas" through the coursework was easy. The provided curriculum is very efficient in allowing the students to figure out the problems on their own. Of course, there are situations where they may get stuck, and we are there to help them get through it. The overall environment is very fun and relaxed!

Cons

Personally, the pay was not substantial. For me this was because of the commute of 40 minutes to get to work. The hours were minimal, barely scraping 30 hours.
