Depends on the location, but for my location: - great helpful manager/owner - good coworkers - flexible schedule - fun

Cons

- minimum pay (but you can get bonus) - short shifts (If you live far, coming for a 4 hr shift is a hassle, I live close by to the center so its very convenient)

Pros

It's a good beginner job, and fun part time. Get to work with kids and have fun.

Cons

Summer camps can be extremely miserable with many kids trying to follow a predefined curriculum that half of them won't want to do. Hours are sadly in the middle of shifts, so its hard to hold multiple jobs
