Super easy interview basically hired on spot

Cons

They make you do way too much work for what the kids even understand. They expect the tutors to be able to teach them for loops and nested loops as long as coordinates while some students don't even understand addition. Then when the parental review comes around the tutor gets the blame although the child is not ready to learn that content or is willing to learn.
