Pros

The staff is great, has good flexibility, can teach kids with your own methods, does not take time out of your personal life as you dont need to prepare lessons.

Cons

When the season is slow it can be hard to be given hours especially if you have another job or are in school and can only work particular days.

Pros

* Anyone who enjoys working with children and with a passion for stem subjects will love Code Ninja's mission * Generally flexible work hours * Working in a close-knit community.

Cons

* When I was employed at Code Ninjas in Sun Prarie the staff was mostly made up of college undergrads. The positions are very fluid and can be more akin to daycare and private instruction in some cases with expectations constantly changing for the specific camps a Code Ninjas location wants to offer.

Pros

Great environment and a good place for younger folks to learn how to be a good employee.

Cons

Not much (if any) space for vertical growth in the company. If you're an instructor, you're likely going to stay an instructor for the time you're there.
