Pros

Very relaxed environment where duties include teaching and tutoring students on the curriculum. Not so much as a technical role but it is a teaching role. Gained a lot of experience interacting with kids and there are fun promotional events that you can work at from time to time such as booths set up on Canada Day, children's festivals and elementary schools.

Cons

Fixed hours are weekday evenings and saturday mornings, does not allow for more weekday daytime hours or saturday evenings. No benefits or raises after working for a longer period of time.
