its work and youll get paid for it

Cons

Its minimum wage and they'll compare it to tutoring the manager doesnt respect personal boundaries and will call you whenever he likes they expect constant loyalty even though you wont get more than 10 hours a week

Your experience may vary, but some pros where - Flexible schedule (2 hrs per session) - LOTS of control over how you run the class - Learn a lot about communication - Clear communication between management and workers

Cons

- Need to study the curriculum and fast - Two sensei's per shift is the norm, which on some days feels too little if it's a full-size class - No game documentation or resources to refer to, best you have is following a book containing answers or following the children's curriculum - Bosses don't have programming knowledge. - Corporate resources for senseis seem little to none Overall, my complaints revolve around the lack of resources/technical documentation for the JavaScript-based game platform, but no complaints about management.
