      Pros

      On-the-job learning, after some time you become good at working under pressure. Company leads beverage market so management is always trying new methods and processes. Both things are very useful for future job opportunities.

      Cons

      Unless you’re a manager or above, life is tough for you at Femsa. Salaries are low, benefits are poor, bureaucracy is huge, low visibility due to hierarchical culture, slow career advancement.
