It started to implement flexible work a couple of years ago. Not very hierarchical with the freedom to experiment Strong commitment to sustainability

Many times short-term results overcome long-term priorities Getting used to the Coca-Cola System, with different entities (franchise model) could take more than expected compared with other FMCG companies with an integrated value chain.
