Pros

Industry leader with a great brands' portfolio (Coca-Cola; Guallarauco; Monster; Diageo; Capel). Growth possibilities and many opportunities to add value and great working environment. Good benefits. It started to implement flexible work a couple of years ago. Not very hierarchical with the freedom to experiment Strong commitment to sustainability

Cons

In an early stage of Digitization with opportunities to become a more customer-centric organization. Many times short-term results overcome long-term priorities Getting used to the Coca-Cola System, with different entities (franchise model) could take more than expected compared with other FMCG companies with an integrated value chain.
