The environment, management, and overall company values, encourage and support the employees of CloudLock to be the best that they can be. Fantastic place to work with incredibly supportive, engaged, and dedicated people who are always willing to help and answer questions. It's very empowering to be working for (and helping build) an industry leader in the fast-growing cybersecurity space. There are lots of initiatives that encourage you to take on challenges and grow, both in your current role and in the bigger career picture. Management is very transparent and there is emphasis put on understanding what all departments are working on as well as making sure the messaging and vision of the company is evangelized throughout. Very happy I get to work here.

Cons

Common startup challenges such as not having all processes in place but could be looked as an opportunity to step up and create/implement those processes.
