      Company is creative and use to have flexible hours and home office options

      Cons

      Leadership didn't get along, were in constant power struggles losing sight of the goal.

      Cons

      Upper management is oblivious. Expectations/deadlines are extremely unreasonable. The culture has become toxic. Everyone is leaving or getting fired. It's getting worse week over week. Do not work here!

      Pros

      If you really enjoy getting yelled at you will really like it here. Also if you are someone who has nowhere to go at night you will enjoy this job because they offer late night deployments and hard, short deadlines. If you have no emotion like a robot you will enjoy this place because we don't have major release parties and only show appreciation when we are already dead inside.

      Cons

      Everyone claims they have no power to change anything bad that is happening. Executive team will be in everyones business. We lost all culture that we had.
