Pros
Some well established teams receive good attention and build a somewhat decent product.
Cons
They grew and never had any idea of how to do it, hiring people in key roles that were simply not interested in developing a team. Make no mistake more than half the people working here are looking for jobs in a different place, Clip does not enables ou to grow and develop it just calls you a leader in order to blame you for their lack of structure and vision.
