Great People - everyone you work with is a team player and interested in seeing you do your best Employees are adept at their work and expectations are high to achieve goals.

Cons

Distributed teams can be challenging to work with when trying to solve customer issues. Technical issues with the product make implementations challenging requiring creative solutions

Good work life balance. Extras like beer, soft drinks, sweets, chips all sorts of snacks and fruits available. Friendly staff. Easy going company.

Cons

Lack of training and career opportunities to go further if you're not located in head office Israel. Difficult to get hold of R&D. Slow management and poor or no career progression plan. Need to adjust to time zone for meetings.
