great product, staff are real WFM domain experts, focus on niche of workforce management and solving both simple and complex customer problems

Cons

typical hierarchical structure that resulted in a small company with bureaucratic culture so getting things done could be painful.

Friendly place with some good people. Solid do-your-work-and-go-home environment. Nice working environment and reasonable benefits.

Cons

Well, the place is a bit mediocre, and the future outlook doesn't look very promising.
