      A market leader in their space, small enough to feel like a family atmosphere, great opps to work on interesting accounts with blue chip clients

      Cons

      Too little investment in the robustness of the suite. Feature functions always trumps ease of implementation when it comes to R&D spend.

      Have exposure of all levels of management, not taboo to start a conversation with any person I have met in the office.

      Cons

      No Houston office yet, with more OFS projects that will change soon.
