      Worked at Click for many years to be laid off without any prior warnings. Used to be a great company.

      Cons

      No vision. No direction. Lousy benefits. No regard for employees.

      Used to be a great place to work. Excellent people, productive work relationships, interesting business. Warm and familial atmosphere.

      Cons

      Well, not anymore. No proper working procedures, no organizational culture, no vision, no plan, no transparency, no creativity. People are running away.
