      A lot of potential and great people all around with substantial business constantly growing.

      Cons

      There seems to be a lack of direction . Passing year has been turbulent with many changes and looks like the right path forward is still changing and unclear.

      There is immense opportunity to excel, and make a real impact at this company. This takes significant effort, ability, and desire to succeed. Worthwhile mission. Those who do well are rewarded and recognized.

      Cons

      Vacation time, work from home, overall flexibility could be improved. While there is quite a bit of opportunity within the company, it feels like some career tracks are limited because all the management is being hired from outside
