flexible timings, free food, Onsite trips, Location

Cons

having flexible timings but still have to work more then 12 hrs some time, even they can ask to work on weekends, after acquisition by a bigger company now management taking steps that are against employees, they fire many people in a very rude way, people come to office in morning & they asked to leave place in within 30 min with all there belongings. everything depends upon projects, if they didn't get work then they will fire you next day.

Pros

Work force management is still a new concept and to work for an organization which is making products in this field is a big pulse. Its a family culture because of small numbers. People know each other well and their is a connect between them. You are respected for your work and your opinion counts. You can approach anyone in this company and that's what is commendable. Learning is constant and you are challenged all the time with new work that's what keeps you motivated. Small team yet each year we see progression in roles happening. There is always a scope to do more.

New management in place, reinforcing the strong sides, taking care of the items that require special attention. The company has great people to work with.

Cons

The management still needs to figure out some things about the future of the company; the pay could be a bit better, but in the end it's about your negotiation skills.
