Promising future, great people a bit of tough times now

Great people and wonderful team work. People love working with each other. Open and honest communication with all levels. Promising future - going private sent a strong message that the new owners believe the company will make the change and be a huge success. Exciting times to be part of such a transformation. New management team looks the right choice for the company.

Cons

A bit of shaky feeling now, with new C level and some people leaving. It will take a while to see results. Right now still not sure what the strategy is.

Pros

I like my job and feel good at the end of each day. Most of the people who work here are outstanding. The company is very good to the employees and they show their appreciation in lots of ways- from fun summer and winter events, lunches, raffles, gifts, and praise, and it’s actually a joy to come to work.

Cons

It would be great to get cross-training, and have managers encourage their employees to help in other departments when needed. That is a sure way to make us feel as though we are all on one big team with the same goal.
