In fact it has exceeded my expectations in terms of work life balance, the culture and ethos of those I work with is about winning and succeeding by understanding what customers actually need, not what we can sell to them. Such a refreshing change. The leadership is very accessible and ready to listen to their people and often sit alongside us in front of customers. My no1 pro for ClickSoftware is the people, in particular the management style: all people leaders are supported to ensure they understand their people, what makes them tick, how they can help them to be successful and happy. This creates happy people that are a pleasure to be around. My no2 pro is the structure and timing of the commission plan, best in class by far that I have seen in the 10 years I have received commission.

I have been working on Click for 8 months now, and my experience has been really good. I like to manage my prospects and the relation with all the team on my own, and our manager is really good on that. We are focus on the results, so, if you provide the result , you can work on your own style. In addition, the company provide you great sales methodologies frameworks that makes it easier to deal with the opportunities.
