      I just got an offer from this Product based company

      Pros

      It should be good as majority of the reviews are good in glassdoor. I have rejected the offer as I'm come from the Linux background and want to excel more in that and this company products are .NET based and they are not using any Linux machines. This was asked me during the interview, are you ok to work on Windows. Free lunch, snacks as per the offer letter 8.33% variable pay

      Salary breakup, You have to pay for your insurance which is included in CTC Mostly dependent on Windows OS
