      Pros

      I've been at ClickSoftware for several years. I've seen the company go from a very family and Israeli culture to a very Americanized and cut throat private equity.

      Cons

      The sense of the company feeling more of a family is totally gone now. While everyone gets along fine, no one is really very friendly or tries to take the time to get to know you.
