Great products, fantastic departmental management that values the employee, little perks such as free drinks, free fruits and biscuits, often offering free lunches, good work/life balance, good salary, great respect even for employees leaving the company, good work environment, very respectful and professional, always highlighting the positives

Cons

Israelis seem to have a slight advantage over other employees when it comes to promotions, CEO lacks people management skills, sometimes company is slow to react to problems or takes a while to take action when office morale is low

Pros

Great products, great people. There are a number of things that they do to show appreciation to the employees. Lunches, ice cream parties, pot lucks, raffles and nice events. We also have free drinks and snacks/fresh fruit in the office.

Cons

It is VERY busy all the time and we work with different time zones which is sometimes a challenge.
