Lack of communication - not proactive with communication Lack of management skills No formal performance reviews or training Internal IT/Help Desk staff lacks knowledge and skills

1. Worst Management You will ever face in your life. 2. No option to move forward if you are not a boot licker, well it happens almost every where, but believe me Clicksoftware is a very special case. 3. You will be managed by a very average guy who do not have guts to take the blame even for their own fault. Well again it happens at most of the place but again believe me Clicksoftware is a very special case. 4. Finally if you do not match the competence required (ha ha ha) in order to survive in this company, you will find your self in such an awkward position where you will not be left with any words even to regret to yourself.
