Pros

- Free food !! - As the company is small(in India), you are more noticed and forward your concerns to any level. - Good exposure to all the materials needed for your professional and personal growth - Just joined, so these are the things which I noticed.

Cons

- After spending few days in the company, you will feel that people tend to mix and dine with their project co-workers only.. - It will take considerable time to know all the HR policies as the HR is always busy with other things. - You might not be compensated well if you don't negotiate. - Just joined few months back, so these are the things which I noticed, maybe things can get better with time.

Pros

The products are pretty good, and you can come and go as you please.

Cons

Promotions/relocation opportunities go to Israelis first (even to mediocre ones), and it's almost impossible for an Israeli to get fired. For others to advance, they must be extraordinary.

Pros

Great PS team members who care about the job they do. Great customer list of leading corporations.

Cons

Assigned too many projects at one time. Administrative overload and Sr mgmt that does not appreciate lang hours and hard work of teams. Many SR mgmt changes in last 2 years has stagnated the company somewhat. They seem to have lost their focus and the company expands and shrinks and expands and shrinks. It cuases uneasiness for the whole team. There are limited personal incentives and no employee culture
