Best pay plan in the business. Huge inventory to work with. Very generous dealership owner.

Cons

Overstaffed sales floor. Management philosophy not consistent. Not the place for folks new to the car business.

Pros

The owner cares about his employees and the benefits are good. He sets you up for success. End of the year bonuses.

Cons

The managers could careless and only look out for themselves or their friends. They hire friends who have no reason being in their positions. The pay is well below the national average and they just add more to your plate and then blame you for not completing the many tasks they throw upon you.
