      Pros

      Good chance as startup and experience gathering. Chill work place. Teammates are great.

      Cons

      Pay is below average. No pay increases. Union doesnt fight for your rights. They just negotiate them away for their benefit. Toxic workplace environment where theyre always looking to point the finger at someone instead of helping you prevent mistakes. No retirement. No 401k Matching. Minimum sick days and vacation days. No other form of paid time off. Too much still remains. Do not come looking for a place to retire. There will be none of that here.

      I was able to work from my home They respected my working hours It was in an area of my interest I learned new things about different subjects

      Sometimes the teamwork was very disorganized. If something went wrong the solution was for me to respond even if I had no knowledge of how to do it. I was not given clear instructions many times
