      Pros

      You learn a lot about mobile networks and different technologies.

      Cons

      Most (old) employees dont care about their jobs. They dont answer emails, you have to follow up for weeks or speak to their direct supervisor in order to get things done. No sense of responsibility.

      Low salaries, Life balance is very affected and there is no respect for personal time. There is dependency for named person instead groups. There are too many processes and policies that instead helping becomes and obstacle
