Pros

Well not meany, at least for me the retail stores were really close to my home location, I was a full time ( Tecnical Promotor ) contracted by a temp agency in Puerto Rico, I also enjoyed the training from Samsung, Motorola, etc. I would only recommend it as a temporary work solution

Cons

Don't know were to start if buy the highly political environment, its all about the "people you know " than your overall skills, work quality and time devoted to the company. there view is to maximize profits with out investing in the companies main infrastructure. All existing permanent employees get payed any were from 30 to 50k a Yr + all benefits and bonuses, wile new employees are contract only with basic benefits offered by temp agencies on a $7.25hr on a 30day contract with very low opportunities from temp to hire. A really heavy hi stress work experience that you can even fell it just by walking in. Also very low work ethics by all general managers and assistant managers, favoritism from managers on employees that are used to bring gossip back and forth, favors for the opportunity to transit from temp to hire that some times go from 5 years to actually being hired directly, its to the point were its almost like a reality show in its self. The solution for management is to just cancel all contracts because the work environment situation gets out of hand and just recycle temps to fix the situation and that's just the tip of all the problems.

Pros

As a software developer, you have a considerable amount of freedom in terms of implementation. Good work environment and flexible work hours.

Cons

Comfort zone is reached fairly quick which hinders professional development. It is also very hard to switch to a different position or team.

Pros

Okay here is my story i work with them first as a temp in the mall selling their internet that were the best time good hours and awesone work environment the hell start when i decide to take a job as a full-time directly with the company at first on human resources everything was magical the benefits the salary etc

Cons

Then you get the real part of the job you CAN'T ACTUALLY HELP THE CUSTOMER they start restricting the call center representative to sales only , everything was horrible Can't cancel the telephone service by phone they make you redirect the call to retention were they tell the customer to go to the store , their internet service were the worst part of the job it almost never work and you have to hear the complain of the customer and redirect the call to technician support which is in dominican republic and they tell you to call back in 24 or 48 labor hours which is just an excuse. AND THEY WANT TO MAKE YOU OFFER THEIR CLARO TV SERVICE EVEN WHEN THE CUSTOMER IS UPSET I work there for almost 5 years and they have union and let me tell you something the first thing that would you hate is that you have to pay these people but your benefits are poor compare To the old employees example my salary was 7.75 per hour the old employees almos 20.00 per hour no i'm not kidding, the health care don't cover leans but the old ones have them and the list go on Of course i quit because i get real sick and they just don't care about the employee and forget you will get a promotion i was one of the best and they denied my promotion but promite a new girl which was new 1 yr only My reason to quit basicly the salary, not the same benefits and i want to grow because i was living on a budget and i really needed that extra money and of course i was one of the best
