      Not so great company anymore

      Pros

      Good company if you decide to stay in status-quo. Technology driven company. Good co-workers relationship Good place to learn about technology, but on your own.

      Cons

      Looks like Management doesn't care about employees and don't pay attention to their needs. Still goverment mind set in the company. Lack of leadership. No much benefits to account for. Long hours shifts without rest or any additional pay.

      Pros

      A market leader, not just in market share but in vision, financial capability and leadership strength. Competitive benefits within this market. A culture of excellence.

      Cons

      Lack of focus - trying to do too much at once, and worse, stuff that's not really needed. A culture of complacency that dangerously counterbalances the cultural drive for excellence. Too centralized decision-making.
