      Pros

      The company has a good private pension plan. The salary is not bad.

      Cons

      The company has a strong political environment. They don't have a clear strategy of how get there. Some good benefit are not provided anymore. You don't receive a clear feedback about your job. The goals and annual targets are not clear.

      Pros

      - The company is very dynamic as the industry - Some co workers are nice and passionate people - Good work/life balance - Good package of benefits (EPS, AFP, Job Insurance, corporate benefits)

      Cons

      - Rare growing opportunities. After 6 years of experience I'm more than ready to take the next step... but seems far - It's difficult to change position. Especially if you are medium level management. This kind of positions aren't open call - Since company grow big, become slower and less flexible - Salary below market - Some strategic decisions take too much time
