      Pros

      Flexiblity, great team working environment, good benefits and exciting travel. There was also a dynamic spirit within the Claro Group.

      Cons

      Not enough upward growth, stiff management and not a good balance of work and life. A great deal of long hours and difficulties consolidating family time with work.
