      Pros

      Good place to learn telecommunications technology because the technical team has a long time of experience. The employees are friendly.

      Cons

      It take a long time to have advancements and increase salary. The HR process to recognize employees isn´t so clearing. There is a process but you can´t apply.

      Young employees learn a lot about the industry, but there are high numberf turnover.

      Cons

      The President and all the direct reports are lost because improvisation in management and operations is normal. Human Resources is mess. There are no Business Plan for 1 ,2 or 5 years. No salary increase for older employees..
