1. Unclear jobscope. Tend to arrow tasks to whoever just to get thinga done instead of redefining for long term. Fire fighting mindset. 2. Frequent acquisitions and restructuring. Alot of mass retrenchment over last 3yrs and ongoing. Hiring freeze. 3. Leadership management not transparent despite advocating employees voice matter. Genuine questions from employees often brushed off by giving general typical management style answer. 4. Company focus on sales more than talent retention. Did not really walk the talk as per company's values and employee welfare. 5. HR has no decision authority nor take concern on staff welfare. Follows only what Business or Service Units decide. 6. Minimal team work or team spirit. More of independent work style and minimal local office engagement.
