Pros
Great learning environment and employee development opportunities. CEO is restructuring the company and actually cut out management at the top and moving other leaders to key global regions for better growth and customer connections.
Cons
US struggles with limited production capabilities and staffing of production staff due to management culture issues in those teams. Moving up takes longer than most employees would like- fewer roles in the corporate ladder compared to similar companies. Many groups in the US are run extremely lean and are overworked compared to other global teams and lack adequate staffing allowances to rectify issues from too much work for the current team members
