      Improved operation management to revive the business, innovative products however weak in marketing products

      Pros

      Having good discipline in operation excellence, harmonized internal processes revived the company which was in trouble before 2010.

      Cons

      Employees are still working in silos, less open for new ideas which is the root cause of not able to adapt or improvise new practices in pushing products to market.
