-meet a lot of community members -building connections across the nation

Cons

- those who have been there for years are not open to change or allow room for failure - they stress DBIE but don’t do well with conflict and situations I would not recommend anyone work for City Year Columbus, especially in the development department. There were a few people there that made it bearable, but once they left everything got worse. From company culture, to pay, to professional development, it all was downhill.
