Pros

None. I actually felt I went back 5/6 years in my career.

Cons

-Worst management ever seen in my career. People were completely careless about the quality of the software being delivered -Worst ever procedures and processes. The tools used were obsolete and cumbersome. The processes were horrendously inefficient and time-consuming. -NO enthusiasm in the team. -No willingness to improve in any aspect. Although management was told how to change processes and procedures, they did not care at all. .......
