Pros

Citi has good benefits in terms of 401K match (6%), Medical plans and Maternity Leave/Paternity Leave. Working hours are good if you can prioritize your work efficiently!

Cons

Systems are outdated in Operations, Management is always changing, Poor management across the board, work culture is nonexistent. Don’t expect much bonus unless your role is higher than VP in Operations or Technology!

Pros

Big enough to get lost in and people will leave you alone Several examples of concealing things that should be reported to regulators I've seen people lie their way to promotions, reported it, and no one did anything about it.

Cons

Not the best group of people. Meaning, almost everyone talented leaves for better paying jobs or better cultures. CEO and C-level pay themselves a ridiculous amount of money, while cuttings thousands of jobs. Hmm, I wonder where their bonus money came from?
