Pros

Trading floor experience is one of the best to have on your resume

Cons

No room for further growth - For IT analysts , you have to wait for 2 years to be called Business Analyst and then be an AVP /Programmer Analyst. ( Job Titles mean nothing) I know a few people who have become self proclaimed AVP because of some HR kissing and internal networking.

Pros

It's a subsidiary of Citibank N.A. and a member of Citi. International communications/cooperation/teamwork skills can be gained from global dev model.

Cons

Management team failed to show the respects to their local stuff. Hard to leave the most valuable talent. Not open culture. Salaries are not satisfactory

Pros

Lot of locations from which to choose.

Cons

I believe the job of the financial consultant, as structured by Citi - as well as Merrill, MS, and UBS - has inherent conflicts with the structure: the consultants are to raise the money and be the very same people to manage the portfolio. I was shocked (and disgusted) overhearing people talk about the investments they made for their clients because those same investments yielded a premium commission for them.
