Pros

People are willing to help and get work done.

Cons

Citi Never Sleeps. Workaholics are promoted. Care little for work-life balance. Employee performance is heavily dependent on perception of seniors than actual work.

Pros

- Personal banking benefits - Global opportunities - Pretty good pay for the technology sector overall - Almost impossible to get fired

Cons

- Senior management all too happy to accept mediocre performance - Very hard to get things done - Working in technology is completely thankless - For all the talk of a meritocracy, getting on and getting paid more is very tough - Truthfulness gets you into trouble

Pros

Lots of cross-business opportunities. Great pay. Smart co-workers. Lots of opportunities to get a hod of senior management. benefits are competitive.

Cons

if you've paid any attention to the news lately, then you'd know that Citi isn't doing so hot. They're 34% owned by Uncle Sam, and their stock is in the dolldrums.
