Pros

Solid company with very nice people. One of the biggest and most prestigeous employer in Jerusalem. Work life balance is great if you are not too ambitious.

Cons

Not innovating, doing basically the same things every day. Managers are promoted based on friendships and not performance. Poor technical level.

Flex Time(but will work over 10 hour day minimum)

Unreliable - Can lose your job anytime in a instance. Company has no allegiance to Employees or their tenure/hardwork and dedication. A lot of employees have been there since year 2000. They stuck through with the company hoping that it would turn around. They weren't re-issued any of the Stocks they lost due to being "under-water" and also stopped any new issues. When the company started to turn around, the first people they got rid of are the long tenured people. Furthermore, you will probably come into Cisco, smart and cream of the crop, however, please beware that you will have zero career enhancement. Their constant budget cutbacks take away the key elements that keep your job skills intact.
