Pros
The work is very less compared to any other company, the work is pretty chill and most of the people here are dumb including upper management. Good and stable pay, but don't expect too much pay/hike from Cisco. It's good if you want to settle in your company and kill your ambitions, don't expect startup culture, people just want the job done, sometimes you might need to work 1-2 hours a day, sometimes a little more.
Cons
Very low pay, upper management is not willing to pay people more. People are here from more than 18-20 years, they have settled here. If you're ok with small growth with stable money and very less work, this is great, you just need to work between 9-5, extra work is not expected and you won't be rewarded ever for extra work, So, it is kind of government job.
