Good opportunities within IT to whatever technology you're interested in. Salary and benefits fairly competitive. Lots of opportunities within the company. Management still has long-term focus.

Cons

Grade promotions within IT are few and far between (it's better on the business side). It's common to get pigeon-holed in your role/past work, and switching to a new role or getting growth often requires leaving your current organization. Growth muted the last decade, restricting raises/promotions. Moving around within the company can be a major effort if you don't know someone.
