Very competitive pay, great benefits, flexibility and work life balance. Management is supportive of rotations and moving internally to different job functions. There is an awesome on-site Health and Fitness center. Fantastic people and culture.

Cons

Limited growth opportunities and promotions. There can be over 9 layers of management in the reporting structure. Little ownership and accountability in your job role due to the size and corporate structure of the company.
