Excellent work environment. Tons of flexibility. Loads of suport. Friendly, warm, smart colleagues. Good work. Work from home available.

Cons

As with many companies, there is a little lacking in terms of project management excellence, a few things done in a not so optimal way.

There are lots of smart people and the "Cisco culture" is great. A lot of cool projects to work on.

Cons

Since the company is so large, projects are sometimes spread across multiple locations, and any administration or access privilege changes take a long time to happen.
