The overall compensation is very nice. The work is interesting if you have not worked on network equipment before.

Cons

There is limited opportunity to work on latest technology unless you are located in San Jose. The company tend to pigeonhole you unless you actively make an effort to move around.

Lots of projects and the pay is excellent. Cafeteria is terrific, one of the best in Silicon Valley. Many interesting people.

Cons

Unfortunately, some of the people I worked with had no idea what they were doing. They thought their product was operational and were aghast when we demonstrated it didn't work. Plus there is little communication between groups, even among support people.
