Company pays lip service to caring about employees day-to-day - yes, they will help if your family gets sick, but they won't make it an easy, caring place to work. Hyper political culture, where if you aren't long time friends with (or related to) the main exec's, you will have a hard time building support for doing the job the company asked you to do. Don't trust what the managers tell you. They don't generally have the power to do what they say they will.
